Registration InformationAll persons attending the symposium will be required to register individually. Please register using the on-line registration form. The definite registration of application will only be accepted when full payment has been received. At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to register by December 15, 2003 for the paper to be included in the symposium proceedings. Participants are also required to fill in a separate Hotel Reservation form (.doc | .pdf) so that we can guarantee the booking with the hotel. Full details and booking requirements are available here. To qualify for the advance registration rate, form and payment must be received by the January 12, 2004 deadline. Registrations received after this deadline will be charged a Late/on-Site rate. ConfirmationIn addition to the acknowledgement sent by e-mail (when using the electronic registration form), a written confirmation of registration will be mailed to you by ADERMIP. If you do not receive a written confirmation 10 days after submitting your registration, please send us an e-mail at prdc10-register@laas.fr. On-site RegistrationOn-site registrants will pay Late Registration fees. Credit cards are the preferred form of payment. Checks must be in Euros and drawn on a French bank. Bank transfers will not be accepted. Cancellation and Substitution of RegistrationCancellations and substitutions are allowed. However, the full registration fee will be charged unless the cancellation is notified in writing (fax is acceptable) to ADERMIP (Attention: PRDC-2004 Registration). For authors for accepted papers, cancellation will be accepted, only provided that at least one author maintains a confirmed registration. A full refund will be granted for cancellations received on or before the Advance Registration deadline of January 12, 2004. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made until the Cancellation deadline of January 31, 2004. A 50-euro handling fee will be applied to all cancellations. Registration fees will not be refunded after the Cancellation deadline, but the Symposium Proceedings will be sent to the registrant who could not attend. Substitutions are allowed at any time upon receipt of a letter from the original registrant on company letter (fax is acceptable) stating the conditions of the substitution and the name and complete address information (postal, phone, fax and e-mail) of the replacement. Accompanying PersonsThe transfers between the airport and the hotel, the social events (welcome reception, excursion and cocktail) are free of charge for accompanying guests. To benefit of these facilities and events, accompanying persons should be explicitly identified in the Hotel Reservation Form (.doc | .pdf): On-site availability is not guaranteed. For specific food expenses (e.g., breakfasts, lunches, and Gala Dinner on March 3), payment will be made to the hotel together with the settlement of room charge. Social EventsWelcome Reception: A friendly get together reception is scheduled on March 2 evening at the Sheraton hotel. Accompanying persons are also welcome. Excursion: On the morning of March 4, the symposium attendees are invited to enjoy a discovery excursion featuring several visits in Papeete and at a nearby location. Accompanying persons are also invited to participate to this excursion. Short bus rides will be organized to reach the various visited locations. At the invitation of the Mayor of Papeete an early morning reception will be organized at the genuine and colorful Papeete Market. Then, a guided visit of the Pearl Museum is scheduled. After that, a short bus ride will take us to La Pointe des Pêcheurs (Fishermen' Point), where we will have the opportunity to visit the Museum of Tahiti at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture and Research.
