Accomodation


Due to the SITEF exhibition and associated events, the number of available rooms at all hotels are limited. Please make your reservation as early as possible. Accomodation can be arranged through two different ways:

- Accomodation can be arranged through CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL - c/o EUROPA ORGANISATION. Please refer to Hotel Reservation Form that should be returned as soon as possible but latest before the September 9 cut off date. The total amount due, as calculated on the Hotel Reservation Form (deposit + administrative charges), must be submitted when the form is sent.

- Reservations can be handled on an individual basis. A list of downtown hotels offering special prices is given below (see their location indicated in the map of the city centre). Blocks of rooms are reserved in these hotels until September 1. For your reservation, please contact DIRECTLY the hotel of your choice mentioning "LAAS/EDCC-4", and confirm your reservation by fax. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis as room availability is limited.
